Hi, I'm Bulat - the developer of Dejavu. I read every email myself and try to reply within a couple of days.

Common questions

Where did my cards go? Sign in with Apple on a fresh install and your cards will sync back from the cloud. If you used "Hide My Email" originally, make sure you're using the same Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open the iOS Settings app, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions, then Dejavu Pro, then Cancel. Apple handles the cancellation; we don't see your billing info.

AI generation says I'm out of tokens. The free tier includes a one-time pool of AI tokens (enough to try the app out). Upgrade to Dejavu Pro to lift the cap, or start a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.

Can I export my cards? Not yet - it's on the roadmap. If you need an export today, email and I'll send you a copy.

The AI built bad cards from my notes. Try re-running with a more specific prompt, or fix the cards manually in the deck. AI output isn't always right - check important cards before relying on them.
